Privacy Policy
Last updated 12 October 2026
Built by Berry ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how you can access or correct it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as good practice, whether or not the Act strictly applies to a business of our size.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and business name.
- What you tell us in our forms, for example your team size, the tools you use and what is frustrating you. This includes enquiries, requests for a call, and the answers you give in the Jumble Scorecard.
- Numbers you enter into our calculator or the Jumble Scorecard, and your email address if you choose to send it to us.
- Basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser, device and approximate location, recorded in our hosting logs.
- Information about your business that you share during a call, a review or a project.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls.
- To prepare and email your Jumble Scorecard report, and to deliver any project we agree to do.
- To quote, invoice and keep records, including to meet legal and tax obligations.
- To keep the website secure and working well.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Only the service providers we need to run the business, such as website hosting, email delivery, email and calendar, document storage and, in future, payment processing. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, where needed.
- Anyone else only where you agree or the law requires it.
Overseas providers
Some of our providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to choose providers with appropriate security and privacy practices.
AI tools
We may use AI tools to help with our work. How we do that, and how we protect your information when we do, is explained on our How we use AI page.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.
Security and how long we keep information
- We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
- We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires. After that we delete or de-identify it.
- If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Access, correction and complaints
- You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by requesting a call through the enquiry form on this website and telling us what you need. We aim to reply within 30 days.
- If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, tell us and we will try to fix it. You can also complain to the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.
