We help other organisations use AI sensibly, so we hold ourselves to the same standard. This is how we use it.

Where we use AI

We use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, analysis and building. A person at Built by Berry reviews and takes responsibility for everything that reaches you.

Your information

  • We only use AI tools that keep your information private and do not train on it.
  • If a project involves sensitive information, we tell you which tools we plan to use first. You can ask us not to use AI on your work at all.

Human oversight

  • We do not use AI to make decisions about people without a human making the call.
  • We are open with you about where AI has been used in what we deliver.
